Free Honeypot & Rug-Pull Checker

Paste any token contract address. Get an instant risk report — sell simulation, taxes, contract flags, holders, liquidity. No sign-up, no wallet connection.

Runs in your browser using public data from GoPlus, honeypot.is and DexScreener. Nothing is stored.

What this checker does

Before you buy a token, three things decide whether you can get your money back out: can you actually sell, can the developer change the rules after you buy, and is the liquidity real. This tool checks all three in seconds.

How to check if a token is a honeypot

Copy the token's contract address from DexScreener, a block explorer, or wherever you found it. Paste it above, leave the network on Auto-detect, and press Check. Green means no mechanical scam was found, amber means caution, red means the contract can trap or drain buyers.

A green result is not a buy signal

This tool filters out mechanical scams — honeypots, hidden mints, pullable liquidity. It cannot tell you whether a token has any future. Plenty of tokens pass every automated check and still go to zero. Never invest more than you can lose.

FAQ

What is a honeypot token?

A token you can buy but cannot sell. The contract only lets the creator sell, or makes every other sell revert or get taxed at nearly 100%. Your money goes in and cannot come out.

How do I check if a token is a honeypot?

Paste the contract address into a checker that runs a real on-chain sell simulation, reads the contract security flags, and inspects holder concentration and liquidity. This page does all of that for free without a sign-up.

Is this honeypot checker free?

Yes. It runs entirely in your browser using public data from GoPlus, honeypot.is and DexScreener. No account, no wallet connection, no fee.

Which blockchains are supported?

Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism and Avalanche here, plus TON jettons in the bot. The network is detected automatically from the address.
